I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was excellent in all aspects, efficient, and very kind. They always had a smile on their face and were ready to assist at any time throughout my stay. The hotel's facilities were spotless, and the ambiance was captivating. The breakfast was exceptional, and the variety of food was more than enough to satisfy all my tastes. The location is perfect, with easy to access transportation links, allowing me the opportunity to explore this city without any worries.

Great staff, efficient and kind. Excellent breakfast, free drinks in the evening most welcome. Comfortable beds, not luxury hotel but more than competent. Would look forward to another stay.

Great value for a city trip! The location is within easy walking distance of several main attractions, and there are lots of delicious restaurants nearby. The self-service breakfast was top notch and included in the room rate. I especially loved that they had free coffee and tea available all day in the lobby.

The room was quite small, even for Japanese standards, and it lacked some basic amenities like a fridge and closet. The walls were quite thin so noise from the adjoining rooms was a bit of an issue. While there is a nice public bathhouse nearby, if you wanted to use the one in the hotel there was an additional fee.

We stayed at a hotel near the train station which had small but cozy rooms. the staff was cheerful and efficient, and the breakfast we had was high-quality with great selection. We really appreciated the amenities like the complimentary drinks in the evening and a variety of pillow choices for a good night's sleep. the hotel is surrounded by many local restaurants and has an individual bathtub in every room.

The hotel's hot spring could have been warmer and opened for longer hours.

Convenient location close to train station and plenty of dining options nearby. Simple and efficient check-in process. Room amenities were adequate and the bed was comfortable.

The noise level was unbearable at night and made it hard to sleep. The room was extremely small with no space to move around, and the view from the window wasn't pleasant.
